Zayna Visaya is an Executive Real Estate Assistant to Kim Rickman. Zayna graduated with a Bachelors in Business Management. She has worked in multiple fields, including banking, customer service, and as an air ticketing rep. Since her childhood, she always wanted to be a flight attendant and visit the seven wonders of the world. So, to pursue that ambition, she completed her training and graduated as a class valedictorian in her flight attendant school but discontinued that career due to COVID affecting the airline industry.
She has a twin sister and another twin brother. Twins run in their family. She is also a fur sister to her favorite dog, Ikay, an "aspin" asong pinoy (Filipino dog). She also loves sports like volleyball and badminton.
When Zayna isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she likes spending time with her family, cooking, or traveling with her sister dog “Ikay”.
She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does.
Zayna has been an active member of her real estate community for a few years now and is planning on turning that community focus toward real estate in the future. She puts all her savings every month into her first investment, which she bought when she was 24. The turnover of that condominium property is next year, and she then plans to make it a rental property or an AIRBNB.
