They promised they could sell fast, and they were correct, 8 weeks from when I initially contacted them to the closing date. They only needed to show the house two times, because they did such a good job in preparation ahead of showing the house. I had a unique situation selling my house, because I was living in another state at the time, and I was never on location at any time during the sale. We used email and phone, and they always kept me informed and had quick responses to any issue or question that came up. Because I was not on location, they took care of some house issues, that I would have handled, if I had been on site. This was a big help for me, knowing that all issues with selling a house would be taken care of, without me even being there. I used the same real estate company six years earlier, renting out the same house. That was also a quick procedure, they had a renter within two weeks.
