Anita James, of OWN IT is an experienced senior real estate paralegal with a firm knowledge of real estate law.  She also worked for several years as an Information Technology Administrator as well as a Web Content Manager for a non-profit organization. 
Anita is committed to guiding her clients every step of the way through the process of achieving their real estate goals of buying and/or selling a home.  In addition, she has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market in Worcester County and surrounding cities and towns.
Anita is honored to be a board member of Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester.  She is a dedicated and strong advocate for families and veterans who need a safe and affordable home.  
Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren who have evolved in every sport imaginable.  She is pleasantly amazed by her 10-year-old granddaughter who is in love with riding horses, cheerleading, and playing lacrosse, just to name a few. “When mothers turn into grandmothers, something magical happens.”
